CREATING
YOUR SIGN
Use creativity
to spice up your Magnetic Sign or Banner.
Do you have your own logo or special colors you would like to use?
We have a library of images available or we can create a logo for
you.
Anything is possible.
|
Your
magnetic sign size is limited by the available flat area on the
vehicle; measure to make sure it will fit. See FAQs
for more info.
Avoid too many colors. The standard background color for a magnetic
sign is white; the color you choose should be dark, yellow won't
show up well on white. If you choose two different colors, try using
use coordinating colors such as blue and red.
Don't
try to say too much, fewer words mean bigger letters. Limit wording
to business name, slogan or other descriptive line, phone number
and/or web address, and license or certification numbers if necessary.
Your web site will list your E-Mail address; there is no need to
list both.
Simple
block letters in caps and lower case are easy to read. Avoid mixing
letter styles and too many different sizes. Two letter styles may
be used to alternate lines or to accent one line from the rest.
Remember, this needs to be easy to read in a moment as your sign
will usually be seen while driving.
Use
clip art that avoids fine details that are hard to see when your
vehicle exceeds the speed of 40 MPH. When using a logo, use your
easiest to recognize form of your logo.
